SCHEDULING & POLICIES

ZHEN MUSIC AND ARTS INSTITUTE enrolls students at any time during the year as long as space is available. Whenever you enroll, we expect your commitment to be for the full term. In case of unforeseen circumstances, you are responsible for three weeks notice.

Private lessons and group lessons schedules for the school year are determined mutually by teachers and students convenient time.

Regular attendance at lessons is virtually important. Lesson time is valuable; please be prompt. Lesson time will not be extended due to late arrivals. It is the parent's responsibility to monitor practice to see that it is done daily. Weekly practice goals are set individually for each child by the teacher with parent's input.

Group lessons cannot be made up. With advance notice, teachers will attempt to reschedule private lessons that conflict with other significant events. One makeup lesson per semester will be given with a 24-hour notice of absence. A make-up must be completed by the end of the semester. Failure to appear for a makeup lesson will still count as the makeup lesson. We ask that you call ahead to schedule an available time. We do not give refunds for missed lessons.

Zhen Music and Arts Institute Referral Program

The Referral program allows students to earn $50 lesson credit towards their lesson tuition.
Simply spread the word about our studio to your friends. For every enrolling student you refer, you'll receive $50 lesson credit and there is no limit to the number of students you can get referral credits for.
